AEDAS Homes, a leading homebuilder in Spain, sold 615 homes to individual customers (Build to Sell, or BTS) between October and December 2023, demonstrating the resilience of the company's mid-high demand segment in the current complex context. This sales figure represents a 33% increase over the same period in 2022.
Sales to individual customers made between October and December 2023 will generate revenues of €230 million, up 12.7% over the same period in 2022, when AEDAS Homes netted 461 BTS sales for €172 million, along with the sale of a 184-unit turnkey Build to Rent (BTR) project to an institutional investor for €32 million.
After a period of moderate sales levels from the start of the fiscal year, the company's sales activity experienced a significant jump between October and December. These good operating figures reaffirm the resilience of demand for the AEDAS Homes new-build product, putting the organization closer to achieving its goals", explained David Martinez, CEO of AEDAS Homes, who also highlighted the consistent effort and hard work from all the professionals that make up the company, especially the Sales and Marketing Department.
“These figures", continued Mr. Martinez, "also demonstrate the solid positioning of the company's product, as well as the financial solvency of AEDAS Homes' customers. These numbers have even greater value when we take into account that they have been achieved in a complex context marked by inflation and uncertainty surrounding interest rates".
